Now let’s discuss the actual experience. She has a little menu for you to choose drinks and snacks from…yes snacks. Charcuterie board as a choice! The shampoo chair has a massager, and a head rest so your neck doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall off. After a cold rinse, you get a heated towel! She also offers masks for your face at the shampoo bowl!
